Great news for Irish Company, Profector Life Sciences who have secured an investment from Irish pharmaceutical entrepreneur Seamus Mulligan’s company, Adapt Pharma. The deal also includes a development collaboration agreement.
Profector Life Sciences was founded in 2011 and sells instruments allowing researchers to deliver modules to a cultured cell through a transfection process. Profector has a research team of 18 based in NUI Maynooth and is supported by Enterprise Ireland. With the progress of this collaboration hopefully it can lead to additional jobs in the company and a growth of Irish presence in the scientific and technical industries worldwide.
