Workhuman To Create 150 Jobs As Part Of €4m Growth Plan

Software firm Workhuman – formerly known as Globoforce – is to create 150 jobs in Dublin as part of a €4m expansion.

The roles, which are to be filled over the next three years, are in the areas of technology, finance, HR, ecommerce, and operations.

The Dublin and Massachusetts-headquartered company has also announced that it has rebranded as Workhuman.

Co-founder and CEO Eric Mosley said: “Our major expansion of operations demonstrates the incredible demand for our Workhuman cloud platform and underlines our commitment to Ireland into the long-term.

“Making work more human has always been our mission and now we’re thrilled to announce the natural evolution of Workhuman as the name of our company.”

Globoforce was founded by the Dublin native Mr Mosley in 1999.

The company develops technology it describes as social recognition solutions that are used by business to improve work environments.

It currently employs over 500 people globally, with 270 working in Dublin.

Clients include including LinkedIn, Procter & Gamble, Symantec, and Cisco.

With this €4m investment, Workhuman has fully taken over an entire block at Park West Business Park in Dublin 12.

The news was welcomed by the Government and Enterprise Ireland.
