Record Month For Aer Lingus Regional Passenger Numbers

Aer Lingus Regional, operated under licence by Stobart Air (formerly Aer Arann), announced that it had a record of 122,000 passengers for the month of May.

The figures benefited a boost from the introduction of flights to San Francisco and Toronto by Aer Lingus as it resulted in an increase of passengers from Britain flying Aer Lingus Regional to connect to transatlantic flights. The Heineken Cup Final in Cardiff last month also contributed toward the record figure.
