What is a great sign of economic recovery and growth? There are many key indicators but production output from the manufacturing sector is definitely one of them. According to new CSO figures reported by RTE News Irish manufacturing industries produced 21.3% more goods in September this year compared to September 2013. Chemicals and pharmaceuticals recorded an annual increase of 36.9%. Basic pharmaceutical products and preparations saw an annual increase of 48%.
