Fancy a job as a public servant? Recruitment for 550 positions has started

Recruitment is underway to fill over 550 jobs in the public sector.

Interviews for 300 clerical officer positions are underway. The positions are at entry and graduate level – and will be filled over the next two years. There are also at least 250 graduate positions – including 15 specialist economist posts. These people will be taking up positions across the civil service and public service in areas ranging from government departments to human resources.

Welcoming the recruitment commencement, Minister Howlin said ‘I would encourage all those interested in a career in the public service to register with to be informed when vacancies arise and recruitment competitions are commencing’.
