Irish Construction Firm Flynn To Create 50 New Jobs Across Its Irish And London Operations

Construction Growth 2018

Flynn Management and Contractors are expanding their workforce to more than 200 employees with the creation of 50 new jobs.

The Irish construction and fit out specialist will be filling the new roles, which will have an average salary of €60,000, over the next two years.

Based across Flynn’s Irish operations and their London office, the new positions will be in the areas of: project management, engineering, quantity surveying and specialist IT and construction skills.

The new recruitment drive by the company is part of a move to ramp up its existing construction business, and ramp up its service offering here.

Earlier this year, Flynn implemented a €250,000 solutions upgrade, to leverage applications in order to speed up construction times.

The new infrastructure put in place by  IT provider Novi also allows company employees to work remotely, by facilitating access to building data regardless of location. Cyber security has also been improved for those working offsite.

CEO Kevin Flynn said that the company has ambitious overseas growth plans and intends to double revenue from client projects overseas over the coming years.

Flynn has worked on a number of high-profile projects since being established in 2004, including the redevelopment of Bewley’s Café on Dublin’s Grafton Street.
