76 New Jobs In Dublin

Yesterday’s news headlines saw two companies announce 76 new jobs in the Dublin area. Award-winning firm Brown Bag Films has been acquired by a major North American studio. 9 Story Media Group have got a 3D animation company from the deal and Brown Bag Films has gained valuable distribution resources. While currently employing 180 people, Brown Bag Films plans to create an additional 50 jobs as they take advantage of 9 Story’s distribution network.

Start-up company Whatclinic.com has announced the creation of 26 jobs at their headquarters in Dublin as part of their expansion plans. The company set-up a serch engine for users to compare services and pricing of private healthcare clinics across the world. With a reported 95% of their revenue coming from overseas, they are planning to expand into Turkey and the UAE in the coming months. The majority of the jobs will be focused in their Sales and Customer Care departments but they will also be looking for some Engineers and Marketing staff.
