60 jobs announced in Cork and Portlaoise

Sixty jobs are being promised by two companies setting up new centres in Cork and Portlaoise.

Californian IT security company AlienVault has announced it is setting up a European sales and technical support centre in Cork city, leading to the creation of 40 jobs.

Meanwhile, Internal Results, which provides services to technology and telecommunications companies, will establish a customer support centre in Portlaoise. The Internal Results move will create 20 job.
